- Shape the stack end to end: Guesty/Mews evaluation, PMS/RMS and OTA workflows, API/data flows, automations, reporting logic, onboarding, escalation paths, QA checks, and team handoffs.
- Built owner-reporting and quality systems including the LEV Collection Owner Statement Reader, owner communication SOP, listing description system, and performance reports that exposed market-level quality gaps.
